If I could put this on cheesecake I would! I love the flavor and the spices that never overpowers and always compliments my food. I even put a lil tablespoon in my tuna salad and I’m like “Sweet Jesus! Lilly of the Valleys.” Today I wanted to kick my garden fresh green tomatoes up a notch. I was not disappointed. I’m in culinary bliss right now! Tomatoes, Tilapia and my Touchdown Magic!!!

I’m partial to yellow since I’m an islander. One of my favorite hot sauces ever. Mustard/curry based, slightly sweet, and a nice kick of hot. Goes great on chicken, eggs, and mixed in my salads. Perfect dip for plain tortilla chips and so yummy on hotdogs. Instead of plain mustard I use this sauce with ketchup. I’m addicted. This sauce may be hot but unlike most on the market, The heat fades leaving the flavor 😋. Comes in mild and med too. So far the best I’ve tasted hands down.
